在ansysworkbench中solve的时候总是出现“An error occurred while starting the solver module. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide.”这个错误的提示，试了好多遍，下了好多次ansys，总是会出现这个？关闭过电脑管家以及防火墙，都没有用。有没有人知道是为什么吗？
